We had a septic high-level alarm go off on Saturday evening. I contacted Lil Jon sanitary Service via their web page Sunday and they promptly answered. They came out and pumped both tanks for us Monday morning before 10 a.m. Great customer service and will call in a couple years when I need pumping again for sure. Also educated us on what to look for and how to best maintain our system. Thanks again!

Got pumped out this morning. Scheduling was easy, time was set rather than some vague morning or afternoon guesses, Scott also gave a call before showing up. Cost was communicated to me up front and ended up being pretty good. Better than other estimates. Got educated on several things that will benefit me and protect my drainfield. All in all, good, friendly service that will (in 3-4 years) get my business back.

We were having a "stink" in the laundry room and called Lil John's thinking it was time to get the septic pumped. Scott came out the next morning. Gave my son's & I a lesson on our system. Showed us how to open & even where the filter was (it needed cleaning). We didn't need it pump out yet so told us just to call in another year or two and then we'd probably need it. No charge! Loved the time he spent explaining and the honesty about not needing the service we thought we did. Would recommend them again in a heartbeat!
